Great customer service every time. I just called in inquiring about holiday hours and Robert answered my questions with great phone etiquette. I love using the extra aerobics room in addition to the weights. Everyone is pretty respectful of each other's space. Although this one is older and not as nice compared to your typical LA Fitness, I still prefer this location.
