Went to a concert here the other night and I doubt I will go back. Two bartenders with one POS system and someone who looked like a manager just walking back and forth while the line continued to grow. A waitress took a drink order from the couple sitting behind me but that was all. She didn't ask anyone else and the only other time I saw her was when she delivered the drinks to the couple. Seemed very disorganized although the ushers were very helpful (the only good thing). Restrooms are a bit of a walk out to the casino. Also the crowd was pretty disrespectful. People chatting all through the concert, other on Facebook, Instagram, texting.
If the service got better it would be a great place to see shows. Small venue, good sound.
