Another driver rear-ended me while texting, and they had Progressive Insurance. I had the car repaired at Raintree Auto in Scottsdale. They did an awesome job, but Progressive refused to pay for the muffler that had internal damage and needed to be replaced. Even after Mr. Casper from Raintree Auto said this happens, Progressive denied that part of the claim and I was stuck with $500 out of my own pocket that Progressive to this day has refused to pay. I would never recommend Progressive Insurance to anyone.
