After searching all over the city for the Cole Porter 100th Anniversary Songbook, I called Song & Script to see if they had it. Dane was so friendly and helpful on the phone. He found the book in the store quickly, and he held it aside for me until I could get there later that day. He even said I should call if I got lost, and he would walk me through the directions! (The store is inside Cumberland Terrace).
When I arrived at the store, he knew who I was--by name-- right away, even though we'd never met. He had the book ready for me, and even gave me a discount "for coming down to the store".
Dane and I chatted and he was very amicable. He definitely knows how to deliver excellent customer service! You can tell he is dedicated to his profession, and is a very nice person to boot. I highly recommend Song & Script for your music books and more!
