I really hate writing bad reviews, but anyone who's looking for affordable monthly parking options should stay away from this company. You definitely pay for what you get. The customer service is the poorest I've ever experience. You leave voice messages and emails and it takes a few tries to get someone to return your call. Then when you get to the parking lot, it's full and there are no spaces for something you thought you just paid for. And then when you DO find a parking spot, you get back to your car with a parking ticket even though you followed their instructions to display your confirmation that you have, in fact, paid for it.
The only saving grace is that they refunded me my money, but that was even handled without any apology whatsoever. So yeah, don't spend your money with these people. It'll get you so stressed out when all you want to do is park your damn car!
