Tried to bring my computer in on three separate occasions, during their business hours, and the place was closed. Finally got my computer in, and though they told me it would be ready in 24 hours, it took three days until I could get it back. They also erased everything on my computer when fixing it. The representative offered to give me Microsoft office, and charged me $10 less than he initially quoted. Based on other reviews, maybe I was just unlucky with these guys... I don't know!
