This used to be my go to B of A branch but no more. All of the teller windows except three are now permanently closed. I've never seen more than two of those remaining windows staffed. This creates long lines that grow because of the "I'm paid by the hour" attitude of the one or two tellers standing behind the counter.
There are also always several zombie like employees wandering around while the line continues to grow. They are great at ignoring the line -- must be that great in service training.
Service has gone down. Prices have gone up. Chase here I come.
