Was stranded with my car, used my insurance to get my car towed. They arrived on time which was an hour after the initial request. We both left the same location at the same time, to the destination where my car was to get towed to.
The driver and my car were MIA for 2 and a half hours. I called several times, trying to find where my car was and was repeatedly told that they were around the corner and would be showing up any second.
After 2 hours, my insurance told me the best advice they could give me was to call the police and file a report. My car finally showed up at midnight with an off the wall excuse from the driver.
