I really wish I could rate the complex individually. The maintenance team is absolutely awesome! They have been so great about getting my few requests taken care of and they are very nice. Our neighbors have been pretty cool, mostly older single and quiet. However, the worst part about this complex is the front office. I can't even say the company is horrible because when we went around the management team with a request and concern we had, the regional manager was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, can not say the same about the front office women. They are incompetent with their jobs. They can not answer simple billing questions, or requests. We have been harassed for the last 3 months for an "underpayment" on the account, but when researched they in fact just billed us additional charges AFTER sending out a written statement. This month, our rent some how magically went from $776 to $897 and we have not renewed our lease. ******Please do yourself a HUGE favor, and choose a different place to live. *******
