First timer, looking for a nail trim and having my dog's anal glands expressed...possibly a bath, if there was availability on such short notice, on a Saturday morning...Thought I scored when I called at 945am, and a full bath (nails and glands supposedly included) was available at 10am! Nearly 3 hours later, I call to for pick up status, only to be told that my dog hadn't been touched yet. At 1:15pm they call to say my 80lb dog is ready for pick up, and that they close at 2pm. My husband goes to pick up our dog and one of the attendants walks my dog to him, saying aloud "did we get this one's nails?", as they tap on the floor. Another responded that it was done. My dog comes home, and she is still damp, her nails are NOT any shorter than when she left home, and here ears are not cleaned...because I just cleaned them myself. I'm not even gonna give the benefit of trusting that her anal glands have been taken care of. What a waste of time and money.
