I've been going to this location for over a year now and what can I say, it's a gym. The location itself is in great condition. It does tend to get over crowded later in the day but that's at about every gym. The biggest thing I had an a issue with is the staff. Trying to get your membership cancelled is a huge hassle. Not to mention the front desk associates don't listen, I've literally asked a question to one of the front desk girls only to get a response back saying "Have a good workout" as if that's the only thing they know how to say. Customer service lacks heavily at this location.
