So I had an appointment with Dr. Jennifer E. Iacovelli. I had to wait a month to see her at the Deer Valley location. Apparently they almost never have a doc at that location. So I saw her and she impressed the need to have blood work done. So I did. Honestly my impression of her was she wasn't so bad. I didn't understand the negative reviews. Her assistant on the other hand totally justified the bad reviews. They insisted I had to do my follow up at the Thomas location. I told them I can just wait until she at at the Deer Valley location. I was told I had to schedule at the Thomas location. Which is an hour from my house. This required a lot of coordination, babysitter etc. We arrive to an empty waiting room, we were 15 mins late as we encountered traffic. They kept us waiting 45 mins then told us the doctor would not see us. 3 hours wasted! Save yourself the trouble, look elsewhere!!!! She had no one waiting and had no one coming in. I guess she just wanted to make a point. Point taken.
