My visit is reflective of an in-store visit, not delivery.
I stopped in one evening and left with a 6-pack of cookies of a variety of flavors. I loved all of the cookies, but particularly loved the peanut butter. They also have deluxe flavors that you can't include in multi-packs, but can purchase individually.
They offer milk and ice cream to compliment your dessert, as well.
As far as taste goes-- I've had nothing but 5 star experiences.
As far as service and convenience, I'd have to give it a 4. Every time I've been there, staff isn't terribly friendly and tends to rush you along (which is hard when they have so many options to look through.) Additionally, there isn't really ample seating to enjoy your dessert in store. Finally, it's Lakewood. So depending on when you go, parking can be tricky.
