I've been to this store many times but on September 23rd 2016 I went in a dropped off a prepaid return package to T-mobile. I was under the impression it was going UPS but it was USPS and the associate didn't tell me that they accept USPS as a courtesy and can't provide a receipt, he said 2 words to me at most. It is now November 3rd and my package has never been scanned as leaving this store (After speaking with the post office). I called and spoke to the owner, he was rude and told me he could not help me. When i told him is associate failed to mention any information about sending packages USPS, he said "That can't be right my people are consistent". Terrible customer service! Don't set foot in this store to send anything USPS, it won't leave and they will act like they can't help you!!! Take the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere else.
