Admittedly, when it comes to cafes, I tend to go for anything not named Starbucks. Even if it's a local chain. In this case, you have a Second Cup literally on the same block as a Starbucks. Which is probably bad for the Second Cup, but great for a fellow like me who doesn't want to fight for a decent seat. Seriously though, do people know what coffee is anymore? Cause whatever that muck is that Starbucks sells is certainly not coffee. Thankfully, I can have Second Cup mostly to myself, with the option to sit near the window or in the back, with a power outlet near my feet even! The staff (today) were super sweet and funny, and I even enjoyed the coffee.
