Literally standing in this place RIGHT NOW! I walked in at noticed no one greeted me. There was no one in the front at all. So I coughed so they could hear that a customer had actually entered the building. Someone stood up, made EYE CONTACT WITH ME and said nothing. About 5 mins past while two employees stood silently counting money in the back. Then another employee appear from the back and helped me. While at the window he was not paying attention, talking to the other employees. I mistakenly thought he was talking to me, so I politely said "I'm sorry?" I soon figured out that he was not talking to me, because he completely ignored me and continued talking. I find this ridiculous! At least greet someone who is patronizing your business! Basic customer service skills were NOT there!
