I also recieved a flyer. I have an older home with a large roller shade (94" w) over a sliding glass door. There is a large spring that has been sprung that helps it go up and down. I have been shut down by every company I've called. When I called,Randi helped me and I sent her pics. Dan and his trainee Jim came to my house in Tempe the same day and spent 1 1/2 hrs trying to repair it. They couldn't fix it and I asked Dan how much and he said " I couldn't fix it so no charge". It was so nice of them to even try that I did give him a few bucks for the effort. He said he would contact some people in the business to see if he can help me. I may have to change out the entire mechanism, but I'd rather not. I give them 5 stars for caring enough to try!
