I like the convenience of the Business Valet over the other parking options at CLT. I can say that since the "new' company, Ameripark has taken over there have been some improvements in this service. $14/day isn't terrible and they pick you up and drop you off right at the terminal. The bus drivers are friendly and the guys help you with you bags if needed. The buses are clean and run very regularly. I never have to wait more than a minute or so to get the bus. Here's my issue. When you return to get your car....now, I'm already paying $14/day, when the cashiers ask if I want to add a gratuity to my bill and I always do.....they NEVER say "Thank you"!!! Manners people, it's just polite and I'm getting ready to stop tipping because of you ingrates. I don't think it's too much to ask and I've tweeted to the management before but nothing has been done. Oh well, I'll continue to use the Business Valet because of it's convenience I just wish they'd do a better job of training their cashiers.
