EDIT: okay, I previously wrote that the staff didn't have flare, I was wrong. Some are quite alright and nice, such as the gentlemen at the front desk - OTHERS HOWEVER need a down right attitude adjustment. Brought my 10 MONTH OLD daughter to swim and the lifeguard seemed so pissed to be there, didn't crack a smile (pouted even), even when my baby was attempting communication with her. Just nasty. -------------------------------------------- Let's be real, it's a gym. There are meatheads as well as girls who apply makeup before hitting the treadmill (yes I've witnessed this in the locker rooms). But what gym doesn't have these? Very busy earlier in the week, but this is normal. I initially went to a gold's gym in the U.S. so I had a little idea of what it's all about. The staff seems friendly, although they don't have that customer service flare that the Americans do. I have not taken any personal training classes, but have most definitely watched and the trainers seem knowledgeable. I have not had any bad experiences here. Daycare: PROS - can view what's going on inside the daycare on all cardio machines via surveillance CONS - very pricey. Would only use this if there is no other option. I do recommend this gym to anyone, regardless of their fitness level.
