First time coming into Pep Boys ever. I was greeted very promptly, I was given a price quote, wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't ask for. In and out in 30 minutes and Tamara is awesome. The store manager, Wade, made sure my son was well entertained and while we were there, defused a crazy, uninformed customer masterfully. He was also very respectful when the customer started using gross language in front of my kid, to let her know it wasn't cool. If I need anything else while I'm in Vegas, I'll be sure to come back again.
