I came in for my first appointment in April, the front end staff were very rude and unprofessional, I spoke with the office manager and she ensured me I am in the best place for my care. I went ahead with my appointment with Dr Thompson and he left in the middle of my appointment for a phone call from his cell phone. He ordered 2 MRI and for me to see a neuro for possible MS. He did not explain much even when I asked as I appeared to be to uneducated for his liking and I just needed to do what he asked. Well it is June and I still have not got my MRI as this office didn't complete the paper work for my insurance correctly, so it is a lot of back and forth to try and get it resolved. I decided it if has been this much of a hassle it is time to find a new facility. What a shame as the MA was great.
