Be aware, this grouchy old guy will tell you he will buy your records and for you to bring them to him. Then after you load up boxes of heavy records with the promise that he will make you an offer, he flips through them so fast he barely looks at them. Then he cherry picks one or two if your lucky and tells you to take the rest to good will. A old time bait and switch. Don't waste your time. Unfortunately he is the only game in town and he knows it.
For those people who post they like this place it's because they are buyers of records not sellers. So you can believe what you read.
