This vet is HORRIBLE! First and foremost the front desk clerk Debbie needless to say this is not the job for her.. not welcoming and very rude. Every time we have a APPOINTMENT for my dog to have his nail dermal after arriving to the hospital we normally would have to wait a minimum of 50 MINUTES.
This is insane!!
Debbie doesn't take in consideration of anyones time. After waiting patiently almost one hour, I then asked for a update after four pets who came after we arrived, went into the backroom. I Originally started driving to this location because of the convenience. Now I would much rather drive that extra 20 mins to Hambright Animal Hospital to be welcome with Smiling faces.
