I went here today after it had been suggested to me to try a European Wax Center for my first ever brazillian. The place looked very clean and modern, and was easy to find in the shopping plaza. My appointment was at 4:15 and I arrived about ten minutes early. No one was in the lobby, and I got to go back almost immediately. My waxer, Megan, was fabulous! She made me feel at ease and was very professional. The process was quicker than I anticipated, which was nice. The only reason I gave four instead of five stars was that I felt like the lady at the front desk could have been a little friendlier. I heard her joking with the other workers, but she didn't bring that same sort of personality to her interaction with the customers. It's possible she was having a bad day. I get it, since I've worked in retail before. Another plus is that I got the wax half off since it was my first one. Overall very good experience! I will be back.
