A comfortable, chill spot in Summerlin. Interior personally reminds me of something found in downtown Philadelphia. It does not have a "Vegas" feel to it.
There is usually a line, but worth it. Definitely dont assume you're going to rush in and out of there with a beverage. They provide a variety of brewing methods and small treats. Seating is available, but limited. People like to homestead there, but its a coffee shop, expect it. WiFi access is provided with a purchase.
Its also ideally situated for errand runners with a Target, Whole Foods, and etc close by. I did see they are either moving or establishing an additional spot in southwest Vegas.
