Well I have been at SW apartments for a little over a week. I am going to be completely honest. Good or bad. The good is the apartments look phenomenal and the landscape is really nice. Yes the pool isnt finished but it doesnt bother me because i have seen them working on it everyday. If they werent working on it then yes i would be mad as the last reviewer was. Other than the pool i had a couple issues but they fixed them Immediately. I really wish however that they were a little smarter with their design. They should have put carpet on thr upper levels instead of the bottom floor because since the upstairs neighbors have hardwood i literally hear every step they take. I would not get a downstairs again knowing this. If they had carpet however it would cushion their steps and i would hear it less, if at all. Also the usb outlets make a loud eeeeee noise. At least mine does but i will get it looked at today. The staff here is pretty nice. Neighbors arent bad but some of them dont seem to care about the value of this property. With about 6M a year coming in every year from rent we still have people who treat it like a dump. Leaving trash out or breaking bottles by the trash. But i think ill get that wherever i go, the good thing is at least here they have maintenance trying to keep up after everyone. I dont leave it to maintenance though, if i see trash ill just throw it away so if you live here hopefully its by me lol overall great place to live.
