As a person who is relocating to Charlotte I have had to stay in a hotel room for the last month. At first I stayed at the Hyatt Place near the airport. Would definitely recommend NOT staying there. Moved to the Four Points and am very happy. The staff is what makes this place. From the front desk personnel (Alex, Jeff, and Kookie) to the engineer Walt to the bartenders (Cindy, Cathy, and Dane) it is just outright EXCELLENT staff. It comes from the top - Mr. Mike (the GM). The room is clean and comfortable, there is a nice fitness center with good workout equipment, a pool, washer/dryer available, and a bar. They also have a shuttle that goes to the airport at no charge and Al is the taxi driver who services the Four Points (the front desk will call him at any hour if you need a ride). All in all it is a great place to stay when you're in Charlotte. You do get points for Starwood.
