scam, full of false promises and don't deliver, dragged on my review for two month, never picked up a phone when I called, would take long time to return calls or emails or messages, then finally dropped my file on last stages saying that "because I didn't seem to be satisfied with their level of service that maybe I should go look for someone else to work with". Would rate minus 5 stars if could. FILED COMPLAINT WITH NEVADA LENDING DIVISION

I did not request any changes to be made, simple refinance on the primary residence - what changes could possibly be made???? Just trying to fix their reputation... Don't do business with this company, bad communication and a possibility to have you file thrown away after being 2 months in review just for being considered a difficult customer.
