I have been bringing my vehicles to Firestone for many years in the north valley. I have just about lifetime everything on all my cars. Recently I have been around or in the parking lot where this Firestone is located. A few weeks ago, I noticed an employee driving a customer's vehicle erratically. Way too fast for a parking lot. I thought it was an isolated incident, but then a few weeks later, I took in my car for service. On the way home from picking up my kids, I noticed a car just like mine zipping past me onto Camelback. Then it went ridiculously fast all the way to Miller then practically drifted south onto Miller. That was extremely dangerous to the general public. I confronted Sebastian and he made excuse after excuse. The employee is a 12 master mechanic... Dale Earnhardt knows when he is putting other's lives in danger. I will not tolerate anyone driving my car like that. The manager did nothing. Never taking my vehicles there again as they apparently treat all cars like that. Their master mechanic must be immune to harming anyone or anything per the shop supervisor Sebastian.
