Horrible customer service. I got there few minutes before closing, the employee Michael was extremely rude and made personal comments, clearly showing his urge to finish his shift and go home. He was talking about me very downgrading front of the store manager. It was a very humiliating experience. The manager or supervisor did not help me at all. These two had no idea about wats going on with my account, they are absolutely incapable of doing their job. Horrible service. I will file a formal complain on Michael and the supervisor as well. It is one thing to be ignorant but being disrespectful and making personal comments? Absolutely unacceptable!
