Stay away! The apartments may appear beautiful, and they are, but the office staff is terrible! If you look at reviews on different websites, you will see their highest rating is a 2.5 out of 5, and for good reason. I am writing this as I sit in a 90 degree apartment in the middle of July. Maintenance is terrible; often times, your orders for them to come are dropped. You will get attitude every time you call for something. I hate this place so much. Rent is high, and you will expect it to be when you see how nice the apartment is, but when you start getting nasty letters (sent out to all tenants) reminding you of community rules, and your requests for maitnence go ignored or I prioritized, you will start to understand why everyone hates living here. Honestly, I should have known living here would be like this when the woman who shied me the apartment and seemed enthusiastic on our tour became a megab*** during our walk through the day I got my keys. PLEASE avoid this place, or at least ask someone in the office about all of the negative reviews you will find on this place, and ask them what they are doing to change their negative image.
