Got back from a camping trip to the N Rim of the Grand Canyon to find my A/C was on the fritz. The first company I called said they were filled up and couldn't come until tomorrow between 10A and Noon. Pretty miserable night loomed - or a hotel room. Air Done Right answered promptly (always a plus) and scheduled a tech on the fly to be there at a 6PM to 8PM window (now, this request was at 5:15PM). The tech arrived at 6:10PM, listened to my issue and symptoms then went to the unit I identified for him. I observed his trouble shooting from the window after I asked if he wanted the unit on or off. He zeroed in on a start capacitor, ran the diagnostics then told me what the issue was. He said he also recommended adding a pre-start capacitor. That made sense to me if it reduced the start load, so I said go for it. Marlon finished the installation in 10 minutes, replaced the emergency shutoff breaker and Yahoo! It began to get cooler. Thanks for the timely response and friendly service. Guess who I will call first next time? NO GUESS, right?
