I really wish I could give ZERO stars! The customer service in this Verizon Store is horrible. I recently purchased some accessories at this store and the person that had helped me told me that if anything goes wrong, you can bring it back and they (Verizon) will take care of it within the year. A couple of days ago, I had an issue and went into the store and the so called "Manager" told me that it was not covered and was arguing with me. Bad customer service right there...don't argue with a customer. Also, if one of your staff members promises something to a customer...you should really honor that. Or TRAIN your staff so all of you are on the same page! However, this Manager just kept saying, "well I don't know who told you that but it's not the case." Okay well why don't you just look it up in my history and find out who helped me the last time. I didn't want to argue anymore so I just left very pissed off. Try to stay away from these guys....they are horrible!!!!
