No idea if he is any good or not as he didn't reply to my emails. He was quick to give an intail pre-approval letter but never answered any of my follow up questions about the details of the loan. Long story short even with an offer in on a house I couldn't get him to answer my questions about the details on the loan he was offering. Not even him saying "I'll get to this latter" email, just flat nothing. So maybe he is good maybe not, I don't know since he didn't reply to me. (since I was working with a tight time line , and really who isn't, I quickly moved on as I don;t have time for someone that can't answer their email.)
