This place was excellent. We were at the final four fan fest and decided to go here for lunch since it was right down the street from the convention center. The hostesses were friendly and inviting. Our server Gary was the best, even if he is a Cowboys fan (go Steelers!) I tried the #Embers cocktail with vodka instead of gin and it was very refreshing. The fresh lavender garnish was pretty. We had the calamari appetizer and it was delicious. It was served with a lemon aioli and a pistachio gremolata. Together the combination was unique and full of flavor. Best calamari I've had in a long time. We shared the mac and cheese and the short rib sloppy Joe. Both were yummy. Overall this place was a winner. Another plus: they take open table reservations.
