I really wanted light brown highlights, so I decided to try here. But, one of the employees mixed up the light brown dye base, with the GOLDEN dye base. My hair is really dark brown so any highlights I get will be really noticeable (which is why I wanted them done at a salon, not DIY at home) At first, I didn't even see them in the salon because my wet hair covered them. When my hair dried when I got home, there were golden streaks all down my hair! :( I went back to the salon the next day or two asking for a refund but they said they could re-tone it. After they used re-toner on my hair, it was light brown with noticeable golden hairs layering it! I gotta admit, it looked alot better than bright golden, but it was still pretty bad...almost a copper color. I decided to just give up and wait for it to grow out. That was during the summer and people are still asking me why I have gold in my hair... If I were you I would save your hair and go elsewhere! Sorry, I would not recommend this place to friend. :(
