This company is complete scam scam scam and lies. Was told free estimates over phone when I made appointment and when rep "Charles" showed up at our house after looking at area rug he made a phone call to his Supervisor "Jamie". I was handed over the phone and I was told by Jamie that there would be a $39 fee for estimate when I told them I am not sure if I want to do it yet. I disagreed because I was told it would be free no charge at all for estimates. I was told by Jamie that phone call are recorded and i agreed to pay when I had called. Jamie then said we will send you a bill not for $39 but it went up to $100 because I am not agreeing to pay $39. I told them I am not paying a single penny because I was told Free Estimates. Which was also illegal they cannot record phone calls unless they notify customers first. Then the rep Charles called second supervisor to talk to me. He just kept forcing me to use them. I said NO and never again will use them or recommend them. The second supervisor said its okay no problem we will not charge anything and go about our business and calls are not recorded. They are running fishy business and also eventually found out that no phone calls are recorded that's just their tactic to scare you little do they know it's illegal. This company I believe is associated with Silver State Carpet Care, Desert Carpet Cleaning, and We Clean Carpets. Just ridiculous amount of lies and scam.
