Stay... ummm how about listening to the concerns I complained about for 9 months prior to that. New manager is a ghost and did not once reach out to me after a dozen complaints about the same neighbor and noise. I was patient but paying 1000 a month for 4 years never late and to be ignored on a noise issue that was intolerable forced me to relocate. Hopefully someone teaches that manager what the position of manager means and response is a standard thing to do when your customers are unhappy. So happy to be out of the dog feces infested place and poor management. Maintenance crew and Nadia are all that place has to offer and unfortunately that just wasn't enough. Spend a few more dollars and move to a community where the office protects and cares about your living conditions.
