The worst experience ever. We made a reservation for Monday April 3rd. They called Saturday April 1 to ask why we didn't show up. Because our appointment was for April 3rd! So we thought we had it straightened out everything was confirmed for April 3rd. We show up for our scheduled appointment and they dont show anything under our name. They are not accommodating and say oh maybe they booked you for a different Harrahs spa? Really we planned our whole trip around this. Apparently they booked us in San Diego!According to the receptionist "this happens alot". Really your people dont think to confirm the location? Someone says they are staying in Vegas and you book SD? They did not try to fit us in. Then to top it off they tried to charge my boyfriends cc 500 dollars!! Terrible!!!
