This is a ridiculous "company", DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! They are a complete sham! When asked how much it costs, they don't tell you and say the tech will tell you but the repair guy looks at my microwave for 5 min only to tell me I need a new one and how will I be paying the service call fee of $89.95. I didn't agree to that and specifically asked how much prior to him getting here and was told the tech would tell me. I called them back to dispute the amount because it wasn't disclosed to me and was told they aren't required to give me that information and assumed I was asking about the cost to repair. I would think asking for cost regardless of what they assumed I meant would include disclosure of the flat fee! What kind of scam company is this? Stay far away! They claim they have been in business for 30 years. How with that type of deception? Can you imagine? They never have to repair a thing, just charge $89.95 just to show up at your door! The people who answer the phone are incompetent, unhelpful and condescending. The tech was nice so it's not his fault he works for such a dishonest company. Call someone, anyone else but these dishonest people!
