What an INCREDIBLE agent! We were previously working with another agent but was referred in to Frank by a friend. After reading his reviews, and going through the mediocre experience with the agent we were working with, we knew we had to switch. Frank was awesome from the get go! Being that we live out of town we needed all the honest help, education and information we could find and man, did he provide all of the above. We decided to take a last minute trip to Vegas to look at properties. Not only did Frank offer to pick us up at the airport, (even though his office was way back in the area we were looking), he rescheduled his Saturday afternoon to accommodate our last minute plans to show us properties. He went above and beyond the expectations of even some of my closest friends, picking us up at 10AM and dropping us off at the airport at 9PM. We drove around all day. Frank showed us resells, new constructions, different areas of Las Vegas, etc. Amazingly enough, last house we looked at, turned out to be the house we wanted. We made an offer and are now in contract. What an incredible experience. Do not work with anyone else!
