The doc is shy so don't come in there with some expectation for his personality. He's a nice guy. What I really like about him as a doctor is that he doesn't treat you on an assumption like a lot of other docs. He doesn't say it's "this", hand you a prescription for antibiotics and then send you on your way. He runs tests, finds out what is actually wrong with you and gives you options but let's you choose. I chose the surgery route. I regret nothing. I had the first one around 3/4 years ago and then another one last week. I don't trust anyone else with such a sensitive and vital area (I mean, it's your face, do you know how much could go wrong?!). You know what else I like, that he's up front. He told me the first time that there was always a chance it could come back, he didn't try to act like he was going to cure me. It's the human body. No one can truly predict what it's capable of, but honest doctors can help alleviate its troubles. Thanks, Dr. Nalbone. Yeah, his office staff is neither here nor there, I'll agree to that. Have a guy stare up your nose and down your throat a few times though and you'll get to know his sweet personality (I think that's why his staff is that way, he's a bit too nice). At the end of the day, I trust him because he's an incredible surgeon and I trust his ability. That's relatively important when you go to a doctor... you know... that he fixes your problem. The hospitality of the staff is just a bonus if you get it. Lol.
