Absolutely the worst drive thru service in the morning. Do not go here before 9am unless you want to wait upwards of 25 minutes for a smoothie.
I repeatedly saw cars pull into the drive thru queue, attempt to speak their order, and then reverse out because the gentleman taking orders made them wait too long.
This is all a result of bad management. They either need to staff better or remove drive-through services. In addition, it would help if their employees weren't blatantly hung-over on a Saturday morning.
