One of the worst places I've ever been to. Was a new customer and came in to ask questions and have a consultation. The staff was super unfriendly and very passive with their answers. It was like they were doing me a favor by answering them. The facility is super small and it's not really what you think of when you think of "clinic". Prices are cheap however it shows through their service. Also there were a TON of male clients which is okay by me but I was the only female in the waiting room. Felt a
Little uncomfortable especially since Simona (I think the owner?) started talking about lasering in the ahem male private gential area. I didn't know that was a thing but apparently in this place it is? I don't know I just didn't get good vibes...I would say half their clients are men which can put off a lot of people especially when the owner starts talking about their Private area infront of me in the waiting room and I was the only female client there. Also they kept pressuring me to buy more packages.
