Granted, this was warranty work, but I had absolutely no problems.
Yeah, I was skeptical when the outgoing voicemail used the words "honesty" and "integrity", kind of like when I see the word "authentic" on the sign of a Mexican restaurant. It's a turn-off.
However, the service call was placed after 1:00 and plumber Ryan was here by 3:00. He quickly and competently cleared the blocked pipes and replaced the disposal, all while maintaining a very high level of polite respect.
A bit of a hard sell on the special drain unclogging product, but I can use it on other drains as well.
Didn't make me feel stupid for not doing it myself. But again, it was under warranty.
