I've had to go here to see Dr. Gersin and others at this office and it is the most mismanaged office I have EVER been to. The staff is rude, ill-informed, incompetent, and downright stupid. I came in for an apt and when I got there they decided to tell me THEN that there is a 100 dollar fee that I was unaware of. I called to renew an RX and they finally returned my call after 10 calls and I've called all the office locations to try to get a call back and finally did. They've given me appts that when I've gotten there had been told me they didn't have me down for one. I've recently had a Flora appt only to be told that I wasn't on the list to be seen, so I waited an hour to see a different doctor, whom i liked better. This will be my last visit, because I'm going back to New York where they know their business. You should too!
