We went here for the first time on a Sunday for brunch. I am so glad to see some of these more unique and fun places start making there way to the local areas of town. Having to trek down to the strip for a Brunch is annoying. This was a breath of fresh air. We were seating in what seemed like overflow seating. It was where they may host catering events, etc. I am mentioning this because there were glass racks everywhere and this is where a kitchen door was. Not the most appetizing area to be seating but I can understand why they do it. We started with mimosas and bloody Mary's. We did not get the "bottomless" option but they're available for a few of their drinks. We then ordered beignets. They were so yummy! Piping hot too. We ordered eggs benny, croque madame, and chicken and waffles. They were all delicious! Their fries are fried in fuck fat...need I say more? One issue here; the fried chicken with the waffles was very spicy. There was no mention of this on the menu (that we can recall) and it would have been nice to know in advance. The person eating it is not one who enjoys spicy. We will be back. Pricing was totally reasonable!
