Well I just wanted to let everybody know that I contacted Verizon after leaving the store very upset. The lady at Verizon advised me not to go to franchise stores. So even though all the employees in the manager told me that this was a real Verizon store it was not. They could not even get into my phone or pool half of the info that they needed from one line. So after explaining my situation to Verizon she sent me to an actual reputable Verizon store who took my phone apart looked at it ran a couple tests and came back to me with my phone actually working better than it was. Nobody called a tech line, nobody threatened to call the police ,nobody was bent out of shape because they don't know how to run their own store. I just wanted to say sorry to Verizon Wireless because the customer service care and the real Verizon Wireless stores are incredible and they went out of their way to help me and get me back up and on the road. So again stay away from franchise stores like this one that Angela Runs. The only things you doing is running it into the ground call the real Verizon and you will get actual customer service
