This is, hands down, my favorite pet store in the area.
I come here to pick up stuff for my spoiled cats. The prices they have are the best for what I'm currently buying and consistently beat out the other chain pet stores in the area. The staff is very friendly and always helpful, plus they aren't afraid to admit when they don't know the answer to something and will look it up for you, which I think is great customer service.
There's a huge selection of items here for many different pet types: cats, dogs, farm fowl, and horses come to mind as the main ones from browsing around. There's also a great selection of bird feeders and food, plus clothing and other gear. Last time I was here I was also excited to see some soaps and lotions made by one of my favorite companies based out of Door County, WI. You can also buy items off the shelves to donate to the Wildlife Medical Clinic which is a really nice touch.
