I purchased my Honda CR-V from Robert Garcia. He was very courteous, respectful, and appreciated my time. I feel that he did everything in his power to make sure we left as satisfied customers. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated that. We were there for about 6 hours because I honestly went there to look at a different car so that added quite some time.
Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the finance procedure was a little bumpy. I had thought I was done negotiating and then came the additional warranty discussion. I hadn't bought a new car in so long, I was caught off guard. So my advice is to know going into the deal whether you want to purchase their "bumper to bumper" warranty.
Other than that, I had an overall great car buying experience here. I would recommend asking for Robert at this dealership!
